Beer is one of the most successful engines of social interaction that provides widely accessible avenues to innovation and opportunity for everyone everywhere,” Dr. J Jackson-Beckham told the audience at this year’s Craft Brewers Conference. “But the thing is, for the most part, we haven’t been innovating when it comes to the people part of our business.”

It’s a hell of a time to be in the beer business. The numbers that matter are alarming, and the ones drinkers haven’t worried about before are even worse.
